My Dream Job
When I finished Kindergarden, my parents got me to a private English School in Kuwait to have a bright, successful future. My dream job since I was a child was being a popular doctor (surgeon). When I was small, I liked to cure myself by myself. For example, If I bleed, I put cologne on the scar for the skin to recover. Also, I was really interested in everything which involves science. Now, I chose a different major but it also have science and there is a reason that lead me to chose it.
When I grew bigger and was about 15 years old, my father took me to Qadsia Sporting Club for swimming. This had an effect on my life which was from that I had chosen my major. After learning how to swim, I entered Waterpolo and trained hard that I became a player in the team. Waterpolo is a sport that requires physical ability and mental ability so its very important to know what to eat. Healthy food plays an important role in a person's brain and body. I started to eat healthy food that contains a lot of proteins, vitamins, and minerals which my body requires. After eating healthy food, I felt I am more stronger and my muscles grew bigger. In fact, I also concentrated more in most of my matches rather than before eating healthy food. When I was about to graduate, It was time to choose my major. I felt that Nutritional Science is the best major that suits me. Im always interested in things that benefits you in life and specially in my sport which I consider it an important thing in my life. In addition, I see that there is a strong relationship between my sport and my major because from my sport I chose my major. I am willing to obtain the PhD to be a famous Nutritional Science doctor because I really like it and that my country, and my parents, become proud of me one day.

Thanks a lot Abdullah, and I wish you the best of luck in your career in life.
DeleteIt sounds like you have a good idea of what you enjoy and want to do. I have two good friends who received master's degrees in athletic training from CSUF and have gone on to great jobs. Does Fullerton have a Nutrition degree?
ReplyDeleteThat's cool, and unfortunately Fullerton doesn't have Nutrition degree so am thinking for attending school in New Mexico. There is a good university that has Nutrition and also has Water polo team over there.
